SaaS Optics Pricing
There are three components to your fees:
- Subscription fee
- Training fee
- Implementation fee
Subscription Fee
The Annual (12 months) term subscription fee is paid in advance. Pricing is based on the trailing twelve months revenue of your business at the time you subscribe. Your subscription fee includes technical support.

| Between $6MM and $7MM | $7,000 |
| Over $7MM | $8,000 |
RevenueBooks
The optional RevenueBooks connector for complete QuickBooks integration is an additional $500 per year.
Training Fee
SaaSOptics comes complete with free online training available. One-on-one training is available at $150 per hour. For most companies, basic training takes between 2 and 4 hours.
Implementation Fee
Implementation services include initial data preparation, data import mapping, data loading, and assistance with configuration and reporting. Your implementation fees vary based on the complexity of your data and your specific needs.
Pure Monthly Subscription Business
For a pure monthly subscription business, your implementation will be from 1 to 8 hours based on the volume and complexity of transactions.
Term Subscription - Analytics Only
For a term subscription business (may also include monthly subscription solutions) interested only in metrics, your implementation will be from 4 hours to 8 hours.
Term Subscription - Revenue Management and Analytics
For a term subscription business interested in revenue management, your implementation will be from 4 hours to 12 hours based on the quality of existing revenue records and complexity of transactions.
