The Work

  • Act as a hands-on, consultative specialist to guide customers to achieve their desired business results
  • Responsible for a designated book of accounts to renew
  • Work comfortably and credibly with dynamic CEOs, CFOs, and accounting staff in high growth, emerging SaaS businesses
  • Provide SaaSOptics product expertise across the following areas: subscription analytics, revenue recognition accounting, invoicing processes and payments processes. Don’t worry, we will teach you what you need to know, and you will become an expert at subscription financial operations
  • Hold account check-ins with key renewing accounts as well as “red flag” accounts
  • Make customers passionate champions for SaaSOptics because of their satisfaction with our product, processes and people
  • Collaborate with management to refine customer retention processes
  • Strive to continuously improve skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn and establish best practices

Desired Background and Experience:

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing, account management role at a SaaS company
  • 2+ years in an accounting or finance role in a recurring revenue business
  • 2+ years driving meetings via web conference and phone
  • Experience renewing or selling customers B2B SaaS solutions is highly valued
  • Experience with integrating & enabling workflows across multiple B2B SaaS products is preferred
