Josh leads the customer success team, which works together to ensure customers get the most value out of SaaSOptics. Josh started his high-tech career as an implementation consultant at SaaSOptics. His experience as one of the company's first employees is the driver behind Josh's customer-centric approach and mission to build all SaaSOptics customers into passionate champions.
Prior to SaaSOptics, Josh was an assistant pastor at New Hope Chapel in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Josh earned a bachelor's degree from Clarks Summit University in Pennsylvania.
